Who we are
DNA is a marketing agency. We help companies market their own securities offerings under Regulation CF, Regulation A+ and Regulation D.
We are not a broker-dealer, funding portal, investment adviser or law firm. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation of any security. Nothing on this page is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Talk to qualified securities counsel about your offering.
Results and examples
Campaign results, figures, case studies and client logos shown here describe past work for illustration. They are not a promise or prediction of what any future campaign will raise. Every offering is different, and outcomes depend on the company, its terms, market conditions and many factors outside our control. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear with permission or as a factual record of past work; their appearance does not mean any client endorses this page.
Submitting the form
When you submit the form you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it for your company. You agree that we may contact you by email and phone at the details you provide about your inquiry and our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Submitting the form, booking a call or receiving a proposal does not create a client relationship. Any engagement is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Please do not send confidential or material non-public information through the form. Anything you share before a signed agreement is not covered by a confidentiality obligation unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, impersonate anyone, send spam or automated submissions, try to break or overload the page, or copy, scrape or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Indemnity

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the page will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
